VendTrans.exchRateCurToMst Method
Gets the exchange rate from the transaction currency to the monetary standard (MST) currency.

The exchange rate for the transaction.
Remarks
Returns the ExchRate field if there is no triangulation. If there is triangulation, returns the ExchRateSecond field divided by the ExchRate field.
