ProjInvoiceTable::promptConvertCurrencyCodeProj Method
Asks the user whether to update open on account transactions with the new currency code for an invoice project.

true if the user selects yes to update the transactions; otherwise, false.
Remarks
This method is called from a form if the currency code has changed. A dialog box notifies the user about a change in the currency code.
