BOMCostGroup.renamePrimaryKey Method
Renames foreign keys in other tables according to the change of the corresponding primary key value in this table.

InventTable.CostGroupId and RouteCostCategory.CostGroupId fields use EDTs that extend CostGroupId EDT and override relations.
These two tables are therefore updated explicitly.
