InventLocation.validateWarehouseProcessConfiguration Method
Validate that WMS II and WHS data is not mixed on one installation, and warn the user if it is.

Error message text, if the validation is unsuccessful; otherwise, empty string.
Remarks
We still allow the user to proceed, even if the configuration is invalid.
