Finds the previous change in an asset depreciation profile.

Type: AssetDepProfileChange_JP Table
Either a record in the AssetDepProfileChange_JP table or an empty record.
Remarks
If the record that is found is a newly created record, this method finds the last change in the asset depreciation profile.
