Default SmartList favorites

You can use SmartList favorites in Microsoft Dynamics GP to view search results or modify the search results to fit your requirements. As a result, SmartList favorites can help save you time.

The following table lists the default SmartList favorites that are available in Microsoft Dynamics GP. The SmartList favorites that have an asterisk (*) as the name are the default favorites in each category.

Lists customer records that have been made inactive.

NSF Customers

Lists customers who have at least one non-sufficient funds (NSF) check in the year to date. The number of NSF checks and the amounts are also listed.

Past Due Customers

Lists customers who have past-due balances for any aging period. The customers' past-due amounts are also listed.

Employee Benefit

Lists information about employee benefits, such as the type of benefit, the eligibility, starting dates, and the cost to the employee and employer.

Employee Education
