Como: Criar um Agendador de tarefas que limita o grau de simultaneidade

Em raras situações, talvez você possa atingir um aumento de velocidade do desempenho, criando um Agendador de tarefas personalizado é derivado de System.Threading.Tasks.TaskScheduler classe. Você pode especificar este Agendador em um For método ou ForEach() método usando a System.Threading.Tasks.ParallelOptions enumeração. Quando você usa Task objetos diretamente, você pode especificar o Agendador personalizado usando o TaskFactory construtor que aceita um TaskScheduler como um parâmetro de entrada, ou por outros meios, como StartNew().
