SI and SL Notification Delivery

After you create an SI or SL notification, it can be delivered to the device by using the WAP Push protocol.
The life cycles of SI and SL notifications are very similar; however, the device responds uniquely to each type of notification. SI notifications require user interaction to retrieve a new service or an update, whereas SL notifications do not require user interaction.
