IMessageFormEx::OnMessageModified

The OnMessageModified method notifies the message form when a message object changes.
Syntax
HRESULT OnMessageModified (
ULONG cbId,
LPENTRYID pid,
LPSPropTagArray props
);
Parameters
- cbId
[in] Count of bytes pointed to by the pid pointer.
- pid
[in] Reference to the entry ID of the message object changed.
- props
[out] Reference to an SPropTagArray structure that contains the properties that changed.
Return Value
This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:
- S_OK
Indicates success.
Remarks
For performance reasons, OnMessageModified should do something only if the message that changed is the one that the form is displaying. OnMessageModified can also inspect the SpropTagArray structure to determine whether any of the properties in question have changed.
