This message is sent to a window to indicate whether it is possible to copy data to the clipboard from the InkCanvas control.
Syntax

lParam = (LPARAM) 0
Parameters
This message does not use parameters.
Return Value
Returns the number of strokes that can be copied, or returns 0 if no data can be copied.
