SmartMinimize Button

Windows Mobile supports hardware navigation for devices. The user can close (i.e. SmartMinimize) the foreground dialog via hardware, if the proper dedicated button is exposed as specified in the recommended layouts section.
The driver will need to post a VK_RWIN + VK_F6 message when this button is pressed.
