IWebBrowser2::put_StatusBar

This method uses the StatusBar property to set a Boolean value that indicates whether the status bar is visible or hidden.

Syntax

HRESULT IWebBrowser2::put_StatusBar(
  VARIANT_BOOL Value
);

Parameters

  • Value
    [in] VARIANT_BOOL that specifies VARIANT_FALSE if the status bar is to be hidden and VARIANT_TRUE if the status bar is to be made visible. VARIANT_TRUE is the default value.

Return Value

This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:

  • S_OK
    The method completed successfully.

DISPID

DISPID_WEBBROWSER_STATUSBAR

The DISPID is defined in piedocvw.h. Use this value to identify the event handler when implementing IDispatch::Invoke.
