The FileDownLoad event method fires to indicate that the File Download dialog is opening.
Syntax
void FileDownload(
VARIANT_BOOL* pvbCancel
);
Parameters
- pvbCancel
[in, out] Pointer to a VARIANT_BOOL value that specifies VARIANT_FALSE if the download process is continued and the download dialog is displayed and VARIANT_TRUE if the download process is cancelled. VARIANT_FALSE is the default value.

None.

The DISPID for this event is defined in piedocvw.h. Use this value to identify the event handler when implementing IDispatch::Invoke.
