Sets the value of the specified property in the provided test element.

Parameters

• test
  Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.TestTools.Common.ITestElement

  The ITestElement object to be updated.

• propertyToChange
  Type: System.ComponentModel.PropertyDescriptor

  A PropertyDescriptor object.
