NM_KEYDOWN

This message is sent by a control when the control has the keyboard focus and the user presses a key. It is sent in the form of a WM_NOTIFY message.
Syntax
NM_KEYDOWN lpnmk = (LPNMKEY) lParam;
Parameters
- lpnmk
Long pointer to an NMKEY structure that contains additional information about the key that caused the message.
Return Value
Return nonzero to prevent the control from processing the key or zero otherwise.
Remarks
This message is not sent by all controls. Currently, only the toolbar sends this message.
