CeSHCreateShortcut (RAPI)

This function creates a new shortcut on a remote Windows Embedded CE–based device.

Syntax

BOOL CeSHCreateShortcut(
  LPWSTR lpszShortcut, 
  LPWSTR lpszTarget 
);

Parameters

  • lpszShortcut
    [in] Pointer to a null-terminated string that contains the name of the shortcut to create. Passing a NULL value for this parameter will cause an exception
  • lpszTarget
    [in] Pointer to a null-terminated string that contains the target path of the shortcut. The size of the buffer is limited to 256 characters.

Return Value

Nonzero indicates success. Zero indicates failure. To get extended error information, call CeGetLastError and CeRapiGetError.
