Gets security information about a virtual machine.

Syntax

Description

The Get-VMSecurity cmdlet gets security information about a virtual machine.

Examples

Example 1: Get security information about a virtual machine

PS C:\> Get-VMSecurity -VMName "VM01"

This command gets security information about the virtual machine named VM01.

Parameters

-CimSession

Runs the cmdlet in a remote session or on a remote computer. Enter a computer name or a session object, such as the output of a New-CimSession or Get-CimSession cmdlet. The default is the current session on the local computer.

-ComputerName
