3.1.7.4 Notify Higher-Layer of Incoming Message Events

When the MSDTC Connection Manager: OleTx Multiplexing Protocol (CMP) receives incoming message events as described in section 3.1.5, and the protocol expects a higher-layer protocol to be notified of these incoming events, then the CMP MUST use the Incoming Message Notification Interface provided by the higher-layer protocol.
