Microsoft Sustainability Manager dependency check
The External reporting in Sustainability Manager tile is designed for standalone deployment and is incompatible with Microsoft Sustainability Manager. If you currently have Sustainability Manager installed in your environment, you have two options:
- To install without Sustainability Manager, try the installation again with a different environment or reset your existing one.
- To install with Sustainability Manager, use either the Microsoft Sustainability Manager (Premium) or Microsoft Sustainability Manager (Essentials) tile instead, according to your license.
External reporting in Sustainability Manager standalone solution check
The environment selected for installing Microsoft Sustainability Manager Premium with the interoperable external reporting in Sustainability Manager solution already has a standalone version of the external reporting in Sustainability Manager solution installed. Select a different environment or reset/uninstall the standalone version of the external reporting in Sustainability Manager solution from the current environment and try again.
Dynamics 365 Field Service solution check
The environment chosen for installing the external reporting in Sustainability Manager solution already has the Dynamics 365 Field Service solution installed. These two solutions can't coexist in the same environment due to shared entity usage. Select a different environment and try again.
