Business value
As a seller, you'll be silently (with zero clicks) signed in to connector plugins using Microsoft Entra ID so that you can access data and insights quickly and easily. To enable this experience, Copilot for Sales admins must enable the connector plugins for their sellers.
Feature details
With the September update, Copilot for Sales will silently create connections for connector plugins that use Microsoft Entra ID for authentication if the Copilot for Sales admin has enabled the connector plugin for Copilot for Sales users.
As a seller, you can view data and insights from non-CRM applications extending Copilot for Sales and using Microsoft Entra ID without explicitly signing in to them again.
