Se as propriedades já tiverem sido carregadas, elas não serão recarregadas. Se elas não forem atuais, chame o Refresh método no objeto para atualizar as propriedades.

Se houver informações suficientes sobre esse objeto, uma exceção será gerada. Se o objeto não existir no servidor, o método retornará false. Caso contrário, as propriedades são carregadas e o método retorna true.
