What does a Ruck Master look like?

We had our first end-of-project (post-mortem) Ruck meeting today.

At this stage we are busy digesting the lesson's learnt and the candid feedback we received. Top priority is to find ways to improve the Rangers Ruck process before we start the next wave of imminent projects. We will, off course, be sharing the lesson’s learnt and our proposed process and infrastructure enhancements as soon as 5the dust has settled.

In the meantime I thought that it is in order to mention our Ruck Master, Brian Blackman, who has also earned the Ruck Master 2011 award a few weeks ago (Visual Studio ALM Rangers Champion Awards).

Brian’s relentless guidance, mentoring and willingness to jump in and help is phenomenal. A Ruck master who truly leads by example
