Discussions of the day
- VM Factory futures … we need your candid feedback on today’s factory and vNext.
- Scrum/Ruck was a really interactive chat … send us your candid feedback on Ruck and in particular your thoughts on:
- Shorter ALM Ranger project cycles 3-4 months
- Less Epics per cycle (<5)
- Smaller teams (<= 5)
- Ship early and often
Important Note
When we demonstrated the ALM Rangers TFS Preview environment we used Branching Guide as an example of a monster backlog. What was not mentioned is that Micheal inherited the project with a ginormous backlog (1) , spent many hours triaging, cleaning up the backlog and fine tuning and driving a (2) fire drill team with a refined backlog.
What Micheal has achieved as an emergency stand-in team lead and contributor of the Branching and Merging Guide, whilst being swamped in his real day-job and trying to enjoy some family time, is a phenomenal Rangers miracle!
Who is Micheal? Not the drop-bear on the left :)
