Enrico Antonacci, I’m an ALM & Process coach at Capgemini. Focusing on application lifecycle management, agile methodologies and process improvement within (mainly) .NET projects.enrico_antonacci_non-IT

What makes you “tick”?

  • Organizing Scrum trainings & coaching
  • Implementing Team Foundations Server as an ALM toolset
  • Adopting agile practices within software development teams
  • A great soccer game

Where you live?

Bilzen, Belgium.

Where is the place you call home?

Wherever my wife and two kids are. Preferably a sunny place with a soccer stadium nearby.

What is the best Rangers project you worked in and why?

I’m new to the Rangers project, but I’m interested to work on process improvement projects (Kanban, lean,...) for TFS and contribute wherever I can.
