Zillow.com - Awesome site

Zillow.com lets you find out how much your home is worth. This comes from Richard Burton, who was one of the Expedia pioneers. I have been playing around with the site, and it is amazing. They seem to be doing a good job at estimating a home's worth.

Their stated business model is online advertising, but i am not sure they can get enough traffic to make enough money. It will be interesting to watch where this goes. Are we back to partying like it is 1999? :)
