What do you need from us to market to your customers?

Over the last month, I have spoken to many of you to get your feedback on what I can do to support the Community this year.

Some of you have indicated that you’d like to get a better insight into our small business customer marketing campaigns. Good news is that we can provide this insight to you PLUS there might be an opportunity that relating to those campaigns, we can create marketing materials for you to use with your customers.

But before I can promise anything, what should we provide you with? What would be useful? Some suggestions based on previous such materials are:

- Copy for your websites and newsletters

- Scripts for calling/pitching new/existing customers

- Emails that you can edit and send directly to your customers

- Brochures and handouts that you can print off and distribute to your customers

- Messaging frameworks

Are such things useful? If not, what else do you suggest? What would you prefer to utilise? And how important is it for you to be able to brand such materials with your own company logo? All feedback will be appreciated: sbscuk@microsoft.com
