Support options for partners
Recently, I’ve received a number of questions regarding the support options which are available to partners. Some guidance as follows:
- Firstly, you can check out what’s available to you by using this tool (filter according to your partner tier such as Gold, Certified or Registered): https://partner.microsoft.com/UK/supportsecurity
Some support options that are available to the majority of partners are:
- Business Critical (available for Registered partners that have a MAPS subscription)
- Ask Partner can help with product and licensing queries. Tel:0870 60 70 700 or email: askpartner@microsoft-contact.co.uk.
- Regional Service Centre can help with Microsoft Partner Network, Action Pack and Empower queries. Tel: 0800 917 3128.
- Online Technical Communities – raise a question online and get an answer within hours.
