How to write an SLA - SBSC Partner PR Coverage

Back in December one of our SBSC partners had a piece of PR coverage in IT Expert magazine. IT Expert approached Microsoft in search of a small business partner for assistance with an article around Service Level Agreements. Mike Bryett of Bryett Enterprise Ltd kindly offered to be interviewed by IT Expert journalist Wendy Grossman about writing SLAs for smaller consultancies. Wendy has used some positive quotes from Mike around setting customer expectations and also referenced the Microsoft partner SLA template, which Mike himself uses.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like we managed to get a reference to the SBSC channel on this occasion, but hopefully this has been good PR for Mike and his business. There may be opportunity for a follow up piece this year so we will look to see if we can get SBSC mentioned in any future articles.
