[Column] Qualia Driven Development Environment :-)

Sorry, this post is in broken English only :-)

I want to introduce *my thought* which is a driver and/or a slogan for software development improvement. I named it "Qualia Driven Development Environment" :-)

Please note that this is neither a specific methodology nor a practice.

QDDE's principales are as follows:

  • High trust environment
  • Goal oriented
  • Everyone has the lead
  • Simplifying something
    • work items, work products and roles and responcibilities
    • traffic signals, modeling, metrics and more
  • Establishing and maintaining development platform to support above

Software development is similar to team sports. you know team sports is dense and intuitive. Software development should also be so. and there might be simple indicators to lead, I think.
