SQL Server on Windows 7 RC and Windows Server 2008 R2 RC

All editions of SQL Server 2005 SP3 and SQL Server 2008 SP1 are supported on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2.

For SQL Server 2005, you need to be on SP3 to be compatible on Windows 7/WS08 R2

For SQL Server 2008, you need to be on SP1 to be compatible on Windows 7/WS08 R2

    j'ai une probléme d'installé  le SQL SERVEUR Dans Le Windows 7 Il affiche un erreur Le Quel => TITLE: Erreur du programme d'installation de SQL Server.

Le programme d'installation de SQL Server a rencontré l'erreur suivante : Impossible d'appeler Invoke ou BeginInvoke sur un contrôle tant que le handle de fenêtre n'a pas été créé..

    What  do you mean by "For SQL Server 2008, you need to be on SP1 to be compatible on Windows 7/WS08 R2"?
  • You want us to install SQL Server 2008's SP1 before installing the server itself?
