I have asked the nahotfix folks 3 times now for this cume update - the first time, I was told it was a part of SP2 so I didn't need it. The second time, I was sent a link to a file that unzipped to a fix for SharePoint. The third time, I was sent a link to a file that unzipped to SQLNCLI.msi - hardly the full cume update. I've tried to contact the support agent's supervisor, but the link I'm being sent opens up to a blank page. At this point, color me extremely frustrated. I understand this is not the place to vent, but I've no other option at this point.

I've also been sent a link to a zip file that unzips to sqlncli.msi and whats worse is that when I install it, I then get errors in the log files about image corruption!! Please could you check out the log below and post back to me?? I'm having the same problem trying to get hold of this update.  I need it because of this issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/937343. I've been sent what appears to be the correct update for x64, but keep being sent a link to the client update for 32-bit - I really need both updates!  Can you help?
