Convergence 2007

I conducted a Customer Advisory board on Saturday and Partner Advisory board on Sunday.
Lots of good feedback and active participation from customers and partners.  Lots of interest around the newly announces Microsoft Dynamics Client for Microsoft Office and SharePoint. The Enterprise Portal session went really well and got appreciative comments and feedback at the end of the session. People stayed upto 5:30 PM to ask questions. I demoed X++ Web Form in EP , adding display methods . And then as part of the second demo , I showed how to leverage MOSS capabilities such as KPI List and Excel Web Access.I also provided a sneak peek into what’s coming up in the next version and the audience were thrilled with the virtual earth control demo. I also had side meetings with customers throughout the week and every one of them  were thrilled showed great enthusiasm for the new features added to EP and homepage .
In the UX lounge , there were three interesting puzzle challenge for the participants and winners enter into a draw for a price. I solved 2 problems ( building a 3x3 cube and connecting dots) and had great sense of accomplishment today.
San Diego weather is gorgeous and the convention center is very close to hotels and gas lamp central area and is very convenient.

    Thanks Mey, It was really nice session with lots of good info. Chirag
