My SharePoint 2010 Top 5 Features

In this episode of Productivity Adventures I present, and demonstrate, my personal top 5 favorite features of SharePoint 2010. SharePoint 2010 covers a vast array of Enterprise class workloads including delivery of sites, communities, content, search, business insights, composite applications, and more. In my personal top 5 I focus in on capabilities that can address common Enterprise challenges around: Training, corporate communications, social networking and collaboration, subject matter expertise discovery, Office desktop deployment and file compatibility, extended collaboration with partner/vendors/clients, line of business application development and Access proliferation, and finally large data set number crunching and distributed high end/easy to use business insight/intelligence. While these areas alone should get people excited about the ground breaking capability of SharePoint 2010 they really just scratch the surface. So tune in and enjoy but remember, SharePoint 2010 isn't just an application. it's an ADVENTURE!
