I have a exchange 2003 sbs server.i have set exxchange with creating a connerts in routing group.ihave a ISP to send and receive mail from any one but i have one problem in this that is when i send some mail it goes faster but when i have to recive some mail it takes minimum 15min. i want to change this seting of pop3 connecters.can i get some help or pathe is it possibel or notAnonymous
