I'm currently in the process of editing episodes 9 and 10 of Inside SBS.  This weekend will be a 2-for-1:  These shows are an edit of the material we presented for the TS2 team earlier this week (link to video and PowerPoint will be available later).  We cover a wide, wide range of topics in this presentation - SBS best practices, tales from the tech support trenches, common calls, and a whole lot more.  Look for the mp3s later this weekend.  In the meantime, if you haven't had a chance, catch up with our latest exploits:
