Architecture Content Map and Topicmaps

Skyscrapr aims to make daunting searches a thing of the past with the release of our new Web-based tool: the Architecture Content Map.

Searching for more information, media, and articles on architecture topics can be daunting.  Enter “Article on SOA” as the search term in many popular search engines and you’ll likely receive millions of results.  The nature of today’s searches often makes them too broad when looking for published articles and other types of content.  As a result, it can be difficult to find information, explore relationships, and understand connections between articles.

The Architecture Content Map is a social network for articles, tags, and authors related to architecture.  Using the map, you can navigate between different sites (e.g. MSDN or Channel 9), categories (e.g. SOA), authors (e.g. Ron Jacobs), and articles to find the content you are looking for. It is quicker than a regular search.  It also helps develop a picture of how content relates to each other, providing you with a means to discover authors and articles you may have not otherwise seen.
