    This is a really nice feature.  Most companies do not encourage the use of social sites during work hours, so sharing the statistics through FaceBook is not much help to encourage workers to use this tool.  If the statistics could show up on their sharepoint account, or if the code was available to insert the code into any other asp.net portal for employees, now you have some competitive learning.
