Came across an interesting blog about new business concepts and ideas called "Under the Radar - Tracking Early Stage Technology Innovation". It's a great site that lists new ideas and businesses that are on the bleeding edge of innovation.

Why do I think this blog is so cool? Take a look and you will know. Almost all the new tech innovation it tracks are Mobile related. from Mobile TV to sharing Mobile photos. Some of the ideas are ofshoots of existing business ideas with improvements, some are corrected implementations of previously failed ideas and some spanking new businesses.
