From Hobby Bobby to Software Architect

Congratulations Mike! This is a long-time coming and well deserved promotion. Now I can tell people that I've drank weird coffee, wore fake samurai hats, played with inflatable kangaroos, and stumped "Lex Luthor" into talking about his need for Tongkat Ali in front of a thousand developers, with a Microsoft Architect :)
