Recipe for chicago-style stuffed pizza

I grew up in the Chicago area and one of the delicacies of my childhood is stuffed pizza. I know plenty of restaurants in Chicago who make a great stuffed pizza but I have yet to find it anywhere else.

We found this recipe for making it at home (spinach stuffed pizza is my favorite kind too), but we don't have the right kind of pan. If anyone else does and tries out the recipe, let me know if it's any good.

    I haven't tried that recipe, but DO have the right pan and have used another recipe repeated (http://www.kbuxton.com/recipes/pizza.html).

    Delfino's in U-Village is actually pretty decent. They do the half-baked and frozen ones as well. I realize it's closer to me than you, but it's still a lot closer than Chicago.
