Updated source code for the Table Sum powertoy for OneNote

Like I mentioned earlier, there is really not much different between this code and the powertoy for OneNote 2007. I only updated it to use the 2010 schema, but I also added the setup project this time. Rewriting that part of the powertoy easily took the lion's share of time and I don't want to have to do that again. The code download is available below my signature in a compressed file.

Looking back at this, I wish I had more time to combine this with the sorter toy Nani wrote. Maybe someone out there can combine the two? If you do, let me know and I can post it here.

Next up is to add this to our repository here at work so I won't have to manually keep track of changes.

I hope you enjoy this and find it useful.

Questions, comments, concerns and criticisms always welcome,

John

Would you give some instructions on how to deploy this?

I'm not sure what you mean by deploy.  You should only need the setup file from blogs.msdn.com/.../table-sum-toy-updated-for-onenote-2010.aspx and run it (there is a small readme with it.  Basically, exit OneNote before running setup).  Does this help?
