From what I understand about Steve Jobs, it's all about him. All. About. Him. From the mouths of his employees, I heard this.
But wouldn't one, when asking to negotiate, at least consider the relative upside and provide a value proposition to the person sitting on the other side of the table?

Will, it's kind of common sense. And you may want to look back and notice that I have already asked you before in much fewer words. If you found that humiliating, perhaps playing in the blog space isn't for you. Gotta have a bit of a thick skin.
