Bridge Climb Photos

They really make you ham it up for the camera. And the jumpsuit? Nobody looks good in 3 layers of clothes. I'm just saying.

Thanks Australia. That's a wrap.

Thanks! It was windy up there! Hey, how come it was cloudy in Sydney and now it's sunny in Seattle?

RB - no, jumping was not allowed. I asked. wine-oh, I was trying to overcome my fear of heights. I was super shaky on the way down....all that adrenaline. Jonas seemed to have missed me but now he's bored with me again.

Was there a gift shop where you could buy the jumpsuit?  A 'Saturday Night Fever'-esue strut down the streets of Seattle in that bad boy would be money.

bp - nope danhub - it got sunny as my plane took off. I swear, I'm going to get a complex. Would have been nice if it was sunny but lots of fun anyway. Hope you had fun too!

They're all about that bridge and the opera house in Sydney, aren't they? Liked the city, but kept hearing about that opera house. I think I wore that suit to prom, btw.

Yeah, totally. And Bondi Beach and Darling Harbor (though I didn't get to those places because it rained on my free day). Regarding the suits, I'm telling you, the eighties are coming back. This look could be in your future!

Well looks like there is a theme with the cancelled flights. Our Air Canada flight through Vancouver just got cancelled (ahem, with no call from AMEX). After being told repetedly there were no seats out on any flight today, they finally found 2 seats for us on the flight to LA.   :-) Ahh the glory of business travel! -Dan

Danhub- sounds like they are trying to consolidate flights. My cabin on the flight back only had 3 people in it. It was awesome. mrscreooge - yep, so glad to be back and strating to get back to my routine.

hit send too soon on the last one :) Great re-cap.  Austrailia is definately on my list! I have your next adventure...I just got back from an all women's surf camp in Mexico!  Always wanted to learn to surf and I DID IT!   I only know you from your blog, but I think you would love it!  I went by myself.  Met 17 great women (some new friends for life); awesome instructors; fabulous accomodations and WARM WATER! Actually, I needed a goal to get in shape as I headed into my big 4-0 milestone!  'Surfing into 40' as I like to say.  Not bad way to start the next decade of living :)   Let me know if you want more info -- I highly recommend it! Hey Kim, I'll have to think about that. It sounds great but I am not a water person. I like being around it but not in it. I think it has something to do with not being able to hold my breath under water. I had some very negative experiences in the swimming pool when I was a kid :) Sounds like it was a great trip for you though. Do you feel like a real "surfer" now?

Hi, Heather I'm from Costa Rica and I was looking through the Internet just to know about the Sydney Harbour Bridge climbing 'cause I've planned to go there in may, 2009. I guess the adrenaline is on top and You faced the fear of heights with resolution. Even though it's costly I might think that is an unforgettable experience. DO you consider that a trip to Sydney must include the bridge climb experience? Kind regards Juan carlos
