Set Spooler To Generate Dmp File Fix it Live!

We just released another Fix it Knowledge Base (KB) article. This Fix it enables the hotfix to generate a User.dmp file for spooler as described in KB 934885.

    I ahve the problem as described here, but when I did the auto "Fix It" I got the msg that this does not apply to my PC. Please advise how I can resolve my problem. I'm on Windows XP peer2peer LAN 32-bit

    FIX did not work. System indicated "does not apply to this HELP this IS a REPEAT Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????????

    this is  getting  tiring. I need resolution to this . The spooler needs to be res-set. I can not print. I need help NOW

    Windows Server 2003 SP 2, Message states: This "Fix it" does not apply to your system.  This a production print server and we constantly have just the issue included in the article.  Any help would be appreciated.

    I have the same problem,the lack of support leads me to consider dumping Microsoft and getting a Mac.

    Tried the Fix, rebooted and still get the same error.
