I'm used to performing remote support in the office and when I recently purchased new laptops for the kids with Vista Home Premium I was having difficulty working with my common practices.  I found that this registry modification not only allowed me to the administrative tools but also allowed my 3rd party remote desktp tool to function appropriately. Note: This article did not mention that a reboot is required for the setting to take effect and may not be clear that it needs to be applied to the system that you are trying to access.

After I installed WindowsBlind program, I was unable to be the administrator at all. I can't uninstall the program or do anything about it at all. I somehow not the administrator. There are no other account, just me, myself. Need help please.
