CAB at JAOO

Last week JAOO Conference took place in Aarhus, Denmark. This is probably one of the best software engineering conferences. Just looking at the speakers presenting there is impressive.

The Smart Client Team at patterns & practices was invited to present during the conference. This year there was a specific track on Smart Client development.

Ed Jezierski, our architect for the CAB project, went there and presented our projects. Being the architect for Enterprise Library as well, he also covered a session on .NET Enterprise Development.

I'm very happy to know that the CAB was very well received. The general feedback was extremely positive, and of course Ed did a great job explaining Microsoft's vision and our implementation of the most common patterns we identified in Smart Client development. Check out the slides in JAOO’s website.

I also know he did some cool demos. Hopefully we will make them available after we ship CAB CTP2 later this week.

Eugenio, the site seems to require a user id and password. Do you have the presentation you could post or send to me?
