XP Embedded in South Africa

I am writing this from sunny South Africa where I am combining some business with my vacation. It is almost 2pm here and the Marketing Department of Microsoft South Africa in Johannesburg is buzzing (they kindly lent me a desk to work from for 9 days).

I am scheduled to meet with some of the customers in South Africa who are currently using XP Embedded in their devices, such as Centurion Micro Electronics, and also one of our partners (Avnet). I am also hoping to raise some awareness of XP Embedded amongst the Developer community here by giving an overview of XP Embedded at the SA Developer forum meeting next week.

    XPe is becoming more and more popular. I like idea that it is possible to but you device via XPe on USB, something like live distibutions of linux.

    If anybody in SA are interested in learning more about Windows XP Embedded, please have a look at the
