problem steps recorder – help someone out of a jam

at our thursday loadfest we had a user that had the magnifier starting every time their computer restarted (kind of annoying until you realize how awesome the new windows 7 magnifier is!), so i figured out where it got configured and wanted to send instructions to the user – problem steps recorder to the rescue!  instead of the user (who doesn’t know how it got configured to automatically start) having to try to document the problem, i solved the problem and documented how to fix it.
