did you know - encrypting your hard drive with bitlocker

i've done this so many times i hadn't even noticed that the pause button had been removed from the windows 7 encryption status window!  you can still use manage-bde ( now an executable) to pause and resume the encryption (if you begin encrypting and wish to pause while working - maybe resume the encryption over lunch, a meeting, etc.).  i'll post screen shots shortly.
