You need to remove all the side portions of the webpage if you are going to post a table like that. Would be nice to be able to read it.Anonymous

I can't see the past the third column on my iPhone :(Anonymous

The Activities tab is my main hub of organisation for MS Outlook. Impact of upgrading from 2007 to 2010 has dioabolical consequences for me. Long-term will be seeking alternativeAnonymous

I just upgraded to Outlook 2013 and can't see the "Quick parts" option that used to be under "insert" in 2010. I use this constantly in my user-support work, and not having these "email templates" is a pain. I don't see this feature listed as being removed (whew!) and the internal Outlook help says to look under "Insert" which doesn't exist in 2013. Has anyone found this, or is it another casualty?Anonymous

To clarify my above comment, it would appear that the Quick parts I added in Outlook 2010 are not appearing in the usual place. Presumably these are items I need to add in again by hand? Has anyone else experienced this?Anonymous

I notice it in Outlook 2013. So you can try this out. Create a new message > @ Ribbon > Select "Insert" > you can find the "Quick Parts".Anonymous

Thanks so much Deva - I did find it, but all the Quick part entries (about 50 of them) are gone. I hadn't uninstalled 2010 yet, so opened it up again hoping to at least insert them into a document that I could use to recreate them in 2013, but they are gone from Outlook 2010 too. I think I'm up the creek (my fault for not backing them up), but for those of you who use this feature, learn from my mistake and either backup the Quick parts before upgrading, or expect them to be wiped clean. All my other customizations came over seamlessly (Quick steps, folders, and the Quick access toolbar), so it's annoying that the upgrade wipes Quick parts off the map. I do have a backup of my PC from before the upgrade, so I'll see whether I can somehow salvage something from that.Anonymous

I am happy that you found the Quick Part and felt bad not backing up the older stuff. I can understand how tough it would be. Have a good one.Anonymous

Apparently I'm in the 1% of users who used categories. I have tried everything and still can't get categories to work. Any tips?Anonymous

I can find the Quick Parts button but the save to auto text gallery is not shaded and will not let me create new ones.Anonymous
